    People, use iringer …
    People, use iringer it does all this but takes fraction of the time and inserts into itunes ringtones library at the click of a button (no need to open close itunes or even mess with the slugish SOB).
    Benefits include previewing as u edit (start point etc), u can fade in or out and even add effects. downsides is ringtones are only 30 secs long (but i think that maybe the max allowed by apple) and there is a tiny ad, but it doesnt get annoying, like some.

    NEVERMIND got it. Vista Users go to CONTROL PANEL>FOLDER OPTIONS>VIEW TAB> UNCHECK HIDE EXTENSIONS FOR KNOWN FILE TYPES. There You Go Start Over and you can change M4a to M4r! :D D
